Bounce Back Empowerment Services, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and public charity based in Massachusetts. We provide virtual services in both in-person and virtual services in Massachusetts.

Purpose

The purpose of Bounce Back Empowerment Services (the “Corporation”) is to empowermen, women, parents, and youth by providing resources, support, and opportunities torealize their full potential. 

The Corporation will organize, host, and administer in personand virtual programs and events designed to educate, coach, counsel, and empowerparticipants to improve their self-confidence, skills, well-being, and success.

Specific objectives include:Delivering virtual and in person education, coaching, and counseling services to men,women, parents, and youth.Providing programs to address issues such as confidence, self-esteem, job skills, angermanagement, relationships, career development, leadership, entrepreneurship, genderequality, access to education, economic opportunity, health, and mental health.

Our biggest vision and passion is the Organization of our five signature events: (listed in orderof emphasis): 

1. Youth Empowerment Conference including youth empowerment series  

2. Parents Support Seminar 

3. Women Empowerment Seminar 

4. Men Empowerment Seminar  

5. Annual Bounce Back Empowerment Conference 

In addition Bounce Back thrives in Collaborating with community organizations, schools, employers, and policymakers toexpand opportunities and reduce disparities.

Conducting outreach, training, and workshops that promote diversity, inclusion, and social justice.Accepting donations, grants, and sponsorships to fund programs, services, and events.
